Creativity and New Media

Since the pandemic hit and many international flights have been cancelled I haven't had a chance to go on vacation with my family. Once I saw this assignment I knew right away that I want to create something with my family in it. I found this awesome website called "Wimp Yourself" where you can create an image of yourself, your family, and your friends. I created my family on the way to vacation. This website gave me an opportunity to customize all the members of my family by choosing body shape, hair type, shape of eyes and nose, I added accessories like sunglasses, backpacks, chose the clothing and many more.

    Hi Aiza, this is really cool. Diary of the Wimpy Kid is one of my favorite books from childhood because of the its beautiful and peculiar illustration. I also love going on trips with family and the website you posted is also mad cool. I really liked this post.

    Hello Aiza, this is a great activity to do. I grew up reading the Diary of the Wimpy Kid and I remember they had this special create-your-own diary book where you can draw and write dialogues for the book's characters. It's cool that you can create an image of yourself in this style that made these books very popular back in the day.
